Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Director, Residential Services to lead residential supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Reporting to the Vice President, the role oversees multiple residential programs, program budgets, compliance with OPWDD standards, incident and human-rights management, quality monitoring, and supervisory staff.
