Cal Poly’s Information Technology Services is hiring an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator to manage and improve campus identity, authentication, and directory services. The role focuses on administering single sign-on, enterprise directories, identity lifecycle processes, certificate-based authentication, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable identity infrastructure. It is a full-time staff position based at Cal Poly’s San Luis Obispo campus with remote-in-state eligibility within California.
