Candidates should be passionate about software development, proficient in REST/GraphQL-based APIs, and capable of mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have over five years of practical development experience, particularly in Go programming language, and possess knowledge of relational databases (especially PostgreSQL), messaging technologies (like RabbitMQ), and cloud platforms such as Openshift/Kubernetes. They must also be familiar with CI/CD tools (Codefresh/GitHub Actions), observability technologies (Prometheus/OpenTelemetry/Grafana), and have problem-solving, change management, and technical planning skills.
