Identity and Access Management Engineering Lead - IGA/ Associate Director, IAM IGA at HSBC

HSBC is hiring an Associate Director, IAM IGA to design, deliver, and operate SailPoint identity governance and administration solutions, including RPA and other IAM technologies. The role leads IAM subject-matter experts and engineers across multiple locations, manages performance, coaching, agile development, resources, and financial matters, maintains 24x7 service standards, supports audit and regulatory requirements, and contributes strategic IAM technology leadership. Candidates need strong SailPoint IIQ design and development experience, Java development, identity and access management infrastructure experience, at least 10 years in relevant IAM governance and related products, and a record of delivering change, leading teams, making strategic decisions, and creating operating plans.
