Acrisure is hiring an Identity and Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and support IAM solutions within a Zero Trust Security framework. The role covers CIAM, PAM, and IGA; privileged access management; identity governance and administration; automation with PowerShell, Python, or Bash; integrations with HR, ITSM, directory services, and cloud platforms; identity federation and SSO; non-human identity management; infrastructure as code; policy-as-code; and identity threat detection and response. Candidates need 3–7 years of IAM experience, knowledge of compliance standards such as NYDFS, HIPAA, or NIST, and an on-site presence for collaboration and team leadership.
