CANCOM Converged Services GmbH is hiring a senior Identity and Access Management Security Architect in Salzburg for an on-site or hybrid full-time role starting immediately. The position designs and develops security architectures for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity services; implements tiering models, hardening standards, and Zero-Trust controls; analyzes identity and directory vulnerabilities; maintains security documentation; and conducts customer and internal workshops and training. Candidates need relevant IT-security experience with Microsoft technologies, knowledge of Windows Server and directory services, experience with complex IT infrastructures, and strong German and English skills. The role offers a salary of at least €75,000 all-in, flexible working, and benefits including a home-office arrangement, climate and job ticket, meal allowance, sabbatical, and health offerings.
