Description
The Technical Analyst, Identity and access management is a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, administering, securing, automating, and continuously improving enterprise directory and identity management platforms. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, authentication and authorization, identity governance, privileged access, Zero Trust, troubleshooting, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation, cloud and SaaS integrations, and operational excellence. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of enterprise identity or directory services experience, and two or more years administering Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, and hybrid identity solutions.
