Hitachi Vantara is seeking an Identity and Access Management Technical Manager to lead a team of IAM administrators and engineers focusing on on-prem Active Directory and Privileged Access Management. This role involves both managerial responsibilities, such as designing roadmaps and leading projects, and hands-on technical work, ensuring secure and efficient IAM implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Active Directory and PAM, along with robust people leadership skills.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Technical mastery of On-Premise Active Directory and/or a Privilege Access Management Program.
Experience working in large enterprise-scale IAM environments, with more than 20,000 users and computer objects.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to lead project teams to accomplish goals and milestones.
Excellent people skills are a must - we are looking for a strong manager who is thoughtful in their approach to managing people and working with people on other teams.
Good written and oral communication in English
Self-driven with an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and variables in a dynamic and fast-moving, large-scale project with tight deadlines
Willingness to work in an international team, with project meetings several times a week at odd hours to support the US, Europe, and India
