Mortgage Cadence is hiring an Identity Governance & Access Analyst II for its Identity and Access Management team. The role owns access governance end to end, including access certification campaigns, workflow design, identity governance tooling configuration, access-risk remediation, role and entitlement mapping, audit support, documentation, metrics, process improvement, and mentoring junior analysts. It requires 3–5 years of IAM, identity governance, IT security, or compliance experience, hands-on Microsoft Entra ID and Okta experience, automation or scripting skills, and direct exposure to access reviews and audits. The position is an ongoing contractor engagement.
