Mortgage Cadence is hiring an Identity Governance & Access Analyst II for its Identity and Access Management team. The contractor will own access review and certification campaigns, improve identity governance and access-control workflows, investigate access risks, maintain role and entitlement mappings, support audits, document controls, analyze governance metrics, and mentor junior analysts. The role requires 3–5 years of IAM, identity governance, security, or compliance experience and hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, access governance, RBAC, segregation of duties, and scripting or automation.
