Mortgage Cadence is hiring an Identity Governance & Access Analyst II for its Identity and Access Management team. The role owns access governance end to end, including access review and certification campaigns, workflow design, remediation of access risks, role and entitlement mapping, audit support, documentation, metrics, process improvements, and mentoring junior analysts. It requires 3–5 years of IAM, identity governance, IT security, or compliance experience; hands-on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, identity governance, access controls, scripting or automation, analytics, and audit collaboration. The opportunity is an ongoing contractor engagement.
