Description
Concept Plus is seeking an Identity / IAM Engineer to design and implement unified identity, federation, and access-governance models across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Exadata Cloud@Customer, and multi-cloud environments. The role supports client NetOps teams by establishing identity domains, IAM policies, role and compartment access models, SAML/OIDC/SCIM federation, least-privilege baselines, and Zero Trust controls. Required qualifications include U.S. citizenship, OCI IAM experience, identity federation expertise, regulated-environment experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain applicable client clearances; federal IAM experience and Terraform automation are preferred.
