The role operates, extends, and supports a multinational defence organisation’s enterprise directory and identity provisioning service using the DirX product family. Responsibilities include monitoring and administering directory and identity products, synchronisation, provisioning, backups, recovery, licence compliance, security, application enhancements, incident and change management, documentation, coaching first-line colleagues, and shared on-call support.
