Ford is hiring an Identity Platform Engineering Manager to define and execute enterprise identity and access management strategy, modernize cloud-native identity platforms, secure AI agents and machine-to-machine identities, and lead global engineering and operations teams. The role requires 10+ years of enterprise identity platform experience, expertise with Entra ID, Azure AD, and Google Cloud IAM, and knowledge of Zero Trust, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and related technologies. It is primarily remote for Southeast Michigan residents, with on-site presence requested up to four days per week for those living within 50 miles of Dearborn, Michigan, and offers a salary range of $132,800 to $250,800.
