Halfords is hiring a full-time Identity Platform Lead in Redditch, Worcestershire, to own the end-to-end design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of its enterprise identity platform. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, with responsibility for PAM, IGA, Conditional Access, PIM, enterprise authentication, application integrations, SSO, governance, security, and third-party service provider performance.
