CACI is hiring a full-time IDIQ Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for multiple Department of Justice MEGA task orders, including compliance, narrative and staffing content, pricing changes, reviews, quality checks, and final submission. The role coordinates with program leadership, contracts, pricing analysts, subject matter experts, recruiting, and other proposal stakeholders, while also supporting business development, documentation, training, and knowledge management. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of federal proposal management experience are required; DOJ experience, MEGA familiarity, staffing and pricing knowledge, and PMP certification are preferred. The position requires up to 10% local travel and offers a proposed salary range of $94,400 to $198,200.
