Description
The Industrial Engineer will set up and optimize production projects’ IE databases, analyze line capacity and equipment and workforce demand, support new-business quotations and resources planning, and improve NPI layout, material flow, station balance, and overall efficiency. The role also drives continuous improvement in resource capacity planning and workforce design, and requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field plus at least two years of relevant experience.
