Description

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating IFRS9 models to support credit risk and performance management across regional markets. Partners with regional credit risk modelers to drive model validation and development, providing justification for validation results to stakeholders. Works closely with various stakeholders to support credit risk analytics for IFRS9 model usage and optimization. Keeps up to date on regulatory changes and provides business requirement documents, supporting UAT and deployment of models.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Over 8 years of experience in IFRS9 model development/validation or similar analytic roles, ideally in a business banking setting like retail SME.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong ability to communicate complex technical model performance metrics effectively to diverse audiences.
Capable of managing multiple projects independently.
An excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across groups and regions, and highly motivated.
Proficiency in R, Python, and VBA is advantageous.
