Inivos is hiring an experienced ERP Application Support Manager to own and manage IFS ERP support operations across customers and environments. The role leads L2/L3 teams, defines support processes and service metrics, handles escalations and major incidents, drives continuous improvement, and works with delivery, cloud, infrastructure, and customer stakeholders. Candidates need strong hands-on and managerial experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud, deep IFS finance knowledge, ITIL support expertise, and at least a bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in ERP support and 2+ years in leadership.
