Description
The Custom Software Engineer will develop and maintain IFS HCM Payroll solutions, including payroll configuration, master data, calculations, statutory compliance, integrations, testing, audits, and end-to-end payroll processing. The role also coordinates data reconciliation, accounting entries, reporting, and troubleshooting with HR, Finance, and technical teams. It requires at least five years of IFS HCM Payroll experience, 15 years of full-time education, and is based at the Hyderabad office.
