The role operates and maintains casting furnaces, coordinates alloy and melting parameters, handles ingots and molds, monitors furnace gauges and vacuum levels, replaces crucibles, and records process information. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of continuous related manufacturing experience or training, mechanical aptitude, availability for all shifts and overtime, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
