Howmet Aerospace is hiring an EQ Casting Tech for its Industrial Gas Turbine group in Hampton, Virginia. The role operates and maintains casting furnaces, coordinates alloy and melting parameters, handles ingots and molds, monitors furnace gauges and vacuum levels, replaces crucibles, and records process information. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of continuous related manufacturing experience or training, mechanical aptitude, availability for all shifts and overtime, and U.S. work authorization. The starting rate is $21.07 per hour, with $23.41 per hour after six months and a $1.00 per hour shift premium for off shifts. Visa sponsorship is not available.
