Progressive Option Support Services is hiring an Intensive In-Home Counselor to provide in-home and community counseling for children and adolescents with emotional or behavioral needs. The role includes individualized treatment, behavioral interventions, documentation, family-team meetings, supervision, and weekly case-manager collaboration. Candidates must hold a master’s degree and a New Jersey license such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psy.D/Ph.D., have a driver’s license and reliable transportation, be willing to travel, and pass a criminal background check. The position offers full-time, part-time, or contract work, flexible schedules, and pay of $85.00–$95.00 per hour.
