GMK is hiring an IKC Location Manager to lead and develop childcare teams across preschools, after-school care, and daycare centers in Amsterdam. The role manages childcare locations within a cluster, promotes collaboration with affiliated primary schools, supports integrated child centers, and ensures teams are motivated and valued. Candidates need at least HBO-level working and thinking, preferably an HBO diploma, management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with KPIs. The position is 100% full-time equivalent, offers a one-year appointment with possible extension, and provides a salary of €3,894 to €5,296 plus benefits.
