The short-time regular-employee fulfillment role at IKEA Yokohama handles product replenishment, inventory management, picking, pre-shipment checks, packing, forklift transport, delivery packing, store maintenance, returns, and customer handoffs. The position is shift-based from 8:00 to 21:00, requires availability on weekends and holidays, and pays 1,400 yen per hour with a 25% night-shift supplement when working from 22:00 to 5:00.
