Description
BAE Systems is hiring an ILS Engineer for its Type 26 and Royal Canadian Destroyer Global Combat Ship programmes. The role develops and maintains supply-support deliverables such as spares recommendations, support and test equipment requirements, NSN populations, LSAR updates, and maintenance planning inputs; applies engineering analysis to systems; produces ILS/IPS outputs; validates peer work; and coordinates with customers, classification authorities, suppliers, and internal functions. The position is hybrid and based in Glasgow, Scotstoun, or Portsmouth Naval Base, with a salary of circa £43,000 and a closing date of 5 October 2026.
