Description
BAE Systems is hiring an ILS Engineer for its Type 26 and Royal Canadian Destroyer Global Combat Ship programmes. The role develops and maintains supply-support deliverables such as spares recommendations, support and test equipment requirements, NSN populations, LSAR updates, and maintenance planning inputs; analyses systems and technical documentation; produces ILS/IPS outputs; validates peer work; and coordinates with customers, classification authorities, suppliers, and internal functions. It is based in Glasgow, Scotstoun, or Portsmouth Naval Base with hybrid working, and requires an HNC/HND or equivalent qualification, relevant experience, and knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems.
