Description
The ILS Training & Training Support Engineer will design and maintain training solutions for operators and maintainers of Destinus aerospace and UAV systems. The role covers training needs analysis, curriculum and instructional design, assessment methods, training materials, simulator and digital-learning requirements, traceability to engineering and maintenance data, training effectiveness, and support for proposals and new programs. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or education discipline, 1–5 years of experience in training development or integrated logistics support, and familiarity with ADDIE, competency-based training, and S6000T methodologies.
