First Place for Youth is hiring an Independent Living Skills Program (ILSP) Center Operations Manager to lead operations at its San Francisco ILSP center and related community sites. The role supervises a multidisciplinary center staff, manages budgets and compliance, supports intake and referrals, monitors youth outcomes, coordinates with community partners, and provides direct intervention and crisis support. It is an in-office position requiring onsite work in San Francisco during business hours, with occasional Oakland and evening work. A bachelor's degree and three years of full-time social work or casework experience are strongly preferred; candidates without a degree must have at least seven years of relevant experience. Two to four years of supervisory or managerial experience is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
