Description
The Imaging & Resection Manager leads the growth, strategy, and overall performance of the Arthrex Imaging & Resection business within an assigned geography. The role owns revenue growth, territory and account strategy, capital pipeline execution, forecasting, CRM, complex capital negotiations, team leadership, and executive-level relationships with hospital and health-system stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of medical device sales experience involving capital equipment, video, imaging, or integration technology, and experience with hospital executives, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account development; three or more years of leadership experience is preferred.
