Save the Children Colombia is hiring a fixed-term IMERA Assistant in Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, to support monitoring, evaluation, research, accountability, and learning across assigned sectors and projects. The role includes managing data and databases, supporting data collection and reporting, contributing to needs assessments and impact evaluations, promoting accountability mechanisms, and supporting learning and knowledge management. Candidates must have a relevant professional degree, at least two years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, data administration, or reporting, proficiency with Office and Excel, and willingness to reside in Buenaventura and travel within Colombia. The position pays $2,641,275 plus a $500,000 non-prestational bonus.
