Description
The Material Flow and Packaging Engineer will deliver at least two Material Flow and Packaging Engineering projects per year across ASEAN plants, covering material flow, packaging design, layout, supplier coordination, cost optimization, launch readiness, production stability, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 3–8 years of automotive experience, knowledge of automation and digitalization technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with simulation, CAD, data tools, and PFEP. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with Advance MFPE, Launch, plant, IT, maintenance, and other teams.
