Description
KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is hiring a High School Environmental Science Teacher for the 2026-27 school year at KIPP Bold City High School on the McDuff campus in Jacksonville, Florida. The teacher will teach at least one subject area, create a positive classroom environment, implement curriculum, assess students, collaborate with colleagues, build relationships with families, and perform other duties assigned by the school leader. The role requires a bachelor's degree, relevant Florida teaching certification or eligibility, at least one complete year of teaching experience, and a passing background check; biology, reading, ESOL, secondary teaching, and honors or AP experience are preferred. Compensation includes a starting salary of $50,000 for a first-year lead teacher, individual medical, dental, and vision benefits, disability insurance, a 403(b) retirement program with a company match, and coaching and professional development.
