KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is seeking a middle school math lab instructor for the 2026–2027 school year at KIPP Bessie Coleman Academy. The instructor will run a specials-block classroom, pull small groups, support blended learning, prepare lessons, assess student progress, provide enrichment and intervention, and communicate with families. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant Florida teaching certification or eligibility for certification in middle grades mathematics 5–9, at least one complete year of teaching experience, and a background check; Florida Reading Endorsement and additional math or small-group experience are preferred. The starting salary for a first-year lead teacher is $50,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
