Harrods is hiring an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host for a 12-month fixed-term contract in its immersive, brand-led restaurant. The role owns the customer journey from arrival to departure, welcomes guests, guides them through the experience, manages bookings, walk-ins, queues and guest flow, and collaborates with front-of-house, dining, retail and kitchen teams. Candidates should be confident, energetic, commercially aware, and have experience in a premium customer-facing environment, ideally in hospitality or luxury retail. The role offers a salary of up to £19 per hour, including service charge, plus learning opportunities, annual leave, staff canteen access and a discount.
