Description
The Immigration Consultant is an early-to-mid-career legal delivery professional supporting high-volume immigration casework and day-to-day client service. Reporting to an Associate or Senior Associate, the role manages the full lifecycle of immigration filings, prepares and files petitions, maintains case records, communicates with clients, coordinates with government agencies, responds to Requests for Evidence, and supports initial assessments and procedural learning. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, technical proficiency with case-management systems, and the ability to handle sensitive information; a bachelor’s degree or 0–5 years of business immigration experience is acceptable, with alternative education and experience combinations also considered.
