Description
The Immigration Consultant is an early-to-mid-career legal delivery professional supporting high-volume immigration casework and routine client service. Reporting to an Associate or Senior Associate, the role manages the full lifecycle of immigration filings, prepares and files petitions, maintains case records, communicates with clients and government agencies, responds to Requests for Evidence, and supports assessments, documentation, compliance, training, and process improvements. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, technical proficiency with case-management systems, and learning agility; a bachelor’s degree or 0–5 years of business immigration experience is acceptable, with an expected salary of $51,000 to $64,125.
