Description
The IMO Digital & Data Organizational Effectiveness Lead will strengthen alignment, leadership coordination, and team effectiveness across the Mars Snacking integration management office. The role coordinates leadership meetings, governance forums, workshops, and events; supports executive readiness and communications; tracks organizational actions and risks; maintains visibility into priorities and milestones; improves ways of working and digital collaboration; and partners with PMO, Change Experience, Communications, and leadership teams. The position is part of a Mars Snacking integration program with a planned end date in December 2028 and offers a US base salary of USD 153,600 to USD 211,200 plus variable pay and benefits.
