Vita Coco is hiring an Impact Project Manager to support its upcoming B Corp recertification and broader sustainability and social impact initiatives. The role assesses governance and impact systems against B Corp standards, identifies gaps, develops implementation roadmaps, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages documentation and certification deadlines, and supports audit readiness. It is a 6–12 month contract requiring 24–30 hours per week, with a stated USD $60–$70 hourly pay range and potential transition to a full-time role.
