Description
Micron Technology is hiring an Implant Process Engineer at its Boise semiconductor manufacturing site to own the development, optimization, and sustainment of ion implantation processes for high-volume manufacturing. The role partners with equipment, integration, yield, and manufacturing teams to improve yield, reduce defects, manage process changes and risks, and use inline metrology and data-driven monitoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, two or more years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with implant process ownership or development, and the ability to work on-site; medical, dental, and vision plans are available.
