Implementation Advisor at Solution SFT

Solution SFT is hiring an Implementation Advisor to support the deployment, adoption, training, change management, and post-implementation support of Santé Québec’s SIGPP project and portfolio management system, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, in Quebec City. The role coordinates implementation activities, analyzes organizational impacts, develops training materials and delivery plans, supports users and super-users, resolves functional issues, and measures adoption and satisfaction. Candidates need at least two years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations, knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management, experience with Microsoft project management tools and organizational transformation projects, and experience designing and delivering training for complex technological or organizational environments.
