Description
The Implementation Analyst supports the onboarding of new clients onto Clearwater's SaaS platform and service model. The role manages client and internal stakeholder relationships, customizes accounting, compliance, performance, risk, and reporting solutions, conducts client training, communicates project status and risks, troubleshoots issues, and escalates concerns to the Project Manager. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills, accounting knowledge, strong communication and analytical abilities, and preferred SQL, relational-database, securities, derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and fixed-income knowledge.
