Modulr is hiring a full-time Implementation Analyst in London, working in the office four days per week. The role owns technical customer onboarding and go-live activities, configures payment products and integrations, provides second-line implementation and early BAU support, troubleshoots APIs with Postman, manages tickets in Freshdesk, maintains Salesforce records, coordinates access and dependencies, and ensures compliant, well-documented handovers. Candidates need experience in implementation, operations, or technical support in fintech or another regulated environment, knowledge of APIs and integrations, strong organization and communication skills, and an interest in automation and AI.
