GovPilot is hiring a SaaS Implementation Consultant to support the Project Manager through the implementation of Hedgerow for new government customers, from kickoff through go-live. The role involves analyzing customer business processes, configuring the platform, creating SQL-based reports, training customer teams, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and using AI tools to improve implementation efficiency. Candidates need at least five years of SaaS implementation or onboarding experience, SQL and data-management knowledge, CRM or project-management tool proficiency, and strong communication skills; government-tech, public health, or environmental-health experience is preferred.
