Description
Thredd is hiring an Implementation Analyst to own and deliver client work items, support Implementation Managers on larger projects, capture and document requirements, manage client expectations, and configure the company’s platform in test and production environments. The role requires a technical background, experience with REST and SOAP APIs, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and project-management exposure is desirable. The position requires three days per week in the Austin office.
