The role covers system setup, configuration, testing, training, troubleshooting, go-live support, user acceptance testing, documentation, SOP development, project planning, and customer acceptance testing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a similar IT field or equivalent four years of work experience, at least two years of IT experience, and business systems implementation and support experience; logistics and supply chain knowledge is preferred.
