Description
The Implementation Analyst III serves as the primary technical contact for on-site technicians during Acuative project implementations, configuring and troubleshooting WAN circuits, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and related network technologies. The role also develops scripts and automation, supports escalations, maintains runbooks and documentation, tracks issues and project metrics, and mentors colleagues. It is a full-time position available in first- and second-shift environments, with possible weekend or after-hours work and overtime availability.
