Description
Edenred is hiring a Client Implementation Specialist to lead complex client implementations, resolve critical and non-standard issues, reverse cancellations, monitor activation indicators, identify bottlenecks, coordinate with Product, Growth, Operations, and other teams, and propose process improvements. The role requires prior client implementation, customer success, or operations experience, strong communication and prioritization skills, and the ability to manage escalations and performance reports. It is an on-site position in Campo Bom, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
