Onebeat is hiring a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of fashion and apparel retail software implementations. Reporting to the Global VP of Customer Success & Delivery, this individual contributor will lead customers from discovery and scoping through configuration, testing, training, go-live, stabilization, and adoption. The role requires deep fashion and apparel retail expertise, strong project management and customer-facing delivery skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve blockers, manage scope changes, and drive business outcomes.
