goFLUENT is hiring an Implementation & Integration Consultant to manage end-to-end integration projects connecting client learning and talent systems with goFLUENT solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements, advising on integration approaches, coordinating with clients, project managers, Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams, supporting solution design, testing, deployment, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. Candidates need at least three years of project management or similar coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English; LMS or LXP integration, SAML, OAuth, APIs, coding, and French or German skills are preferred.
